Our CLRG certified TCRGs have received criminal background checks, are thoroughly trained in child protection safety, and have received
US Safe Sport certification.

Debbie Lynch-Webber, ADCRG, TCRG



Studio Owner/Administrator



Debbie is proud to celebrate her 30th year of teaching Irish dance. As a young dancer, she trained at the Mulvihill School of Irish Dance under the direction of Jerry Mulvihill and later at the Schade Academy of Irish Dance under the direction of Mary Lou Schade. During her competitive career, Debbie achieved tremendous success, earning three World Championship medals.


Throughout her career, Debbie has been deeply committed to giving back to the Irish dance community. She served for six years on the Board of Directors of the Mid-Atlantic Region Irish Dance Teachers Association and was Chairperson of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Oireachtas in Philadelphia for two consecutive years. In 2017, she co-chaired the North American Irish Dance Championships in New Orleans. Debbie is also a sought-after adjudicator who enjoys traveling throughout the United States to judge Irish dance competitions. A respected leader and dedicated advocate for the art form, she has been an active member of the Irish dance community for more than 40 years, and her passion for Irish dance remains as strong today as ever.


Outside the dance studio, Debbie works full-time as an Administrative Assistant for the Middle Country Central School District. She resides in Lake Grove, New York, with her husband, affectionately known as "Janitor John," and their two children, Liam and Maggie.

Carissa Lucatuorto, TCRG

Carissa began her Irish dance journey with Mulvihill-Lynch at the age of 9, and quickly became passionate about the challenges Irish dance brought. Mulvihill-Lynch is where she made life long friends and to this day, she still considers it her second home. In addition to sharing her love of Irish dance with the dancers at Mulvihill-Lynch, Carissa is a special education teacher in the Middle Country School District. She resides in Stony Brook with her husband, Dave, their three children.



Erin Skaalerud Ferrin, TCRG



East Islip Instructor



Erin began Irish step dancing at the age of 5, and has been teaching with Mulvihill-Lynch for over 10 years. Erin had an amazing competitive career, but more so, she had the best years of her life traveling, meeting new friends, and dancing alongside her sister, Mary. Erin loves children and has a great relationship with all her ML dancers. She currently works in the Farmingdale School District as a special education teacher. She lives in East Islip with her husband and four young children.

Mary-Kate Bane



Center Moriches & Ronkonkoma Instructor



Mary-Kate began dancing with Mulvihill-Lynch Irish Dance over 15 years ago at the studio's former Hampton Bays location. Since then, she had enjoyed a successful competitive career, traveling throughout North America, Ireland, and Scotland while qualifying for the World Irish Dance Championships multiple times. As an instructor, Mary-Kate has a natural ability to connect with dancers of every age and experience level, fostering positive relationships with everyone from first-day beginners to championship-level competitors. She is a valued member of the teaching staff, offering creative insight into choreography and costuming while helping each dancer grow with confidence, dedication, and a love for Irish dance. Mary-Kate graduated from St. Joseph's University with a degree in Accounting and currently works full-time at an accounting firm in Riverhead. S Affectionately known as "MK," Mary-Kate resides in Westhampton Beach.



Maggie Webber



Instructor, Social Media Director



Maggie began Irish dancing at the age of three and quickly demonstrated an extraordinary talent and passion for the art. Throughout her competitive career, she has achieved outstanding success, earning the titles of two-time North American National Champion, two-time Mid-Atlantic Regional Champion, and All-Scotland Champion. She has also earned seven medals at the World Irish Dance Championships, including four top-five World finishes, receiving the coveted World Championship globes. In addition to her competitive accomplishments, Maggie was featured on the cover of Irish Dance Magazine and later served as an intern with the publication for several years. Maggie graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Stony Brook University.

Kyleigh Pilkington



Substitute Instructor & Private Lesson Instructor



Kyleigh began dancing at the Mulvihill-Lynch Studio at the age of four. After an extremely successful competitive career, with numerous appearances and medals won at the World Championships, All-Ireland Championships, All-Scotland, Great Britain, and British Nationals. Kyleigh retired from competition to attend the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she majors in Kinesiology and pursues a career as a PA. Kyleigh resides in Port Jefferson Station.



Tori Corcoran



Substitute Instructor & Private Lesson Instructor



Tori began her dance journey at the young age of four with Mulvihill-Lynch. Tori's work ethic was evident from very early on, and her climb to the top came with incredible hard work and perservence. Tori was an amazing role model in the studio. With her beaming smile and kind words for all, we watched her reach goal after goal, until an injury cut her career short. Tori graduated as Valedictorian from St. Joseph's University and is currently attending Touro Law School full time. Tori is a resident of Holbrook.
